We completed a functional exterior upgrade for a detached two-car garage in Fairfield Glade, Tennessee, focusing on water management and building protection. Our team installed a new seamless gutter system equipped with integrated gutter guards to ensure debris-free drainage and prevent moisture accumulation around the foundation. These additions provide reliable protection for the structure while maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the brick and stone masonry. We also optimized the exterior utility by installing improved soffit ventilation and integrated motion-sensor lighting.
