We constructed a custom timber-framed boat dock and covered slip on the shores of Keuka Lake in Dundee. The project involved installing a heavy-duty boat lift mechanism beneath a durable gabled metal roof structure supported by stone-clad columns. We utilized composite decking to ensure a long-lasting, low-maintenance surface for the entire waterfront walkway. To enhance visibility and atmosphere after sunset, we integrated an extensive lighting system featuring warm-toned post cap lights and vibrant LED accents. We installed color-changing perimeter strips and green underwater lights that glow beneath the lake surface. These functional upgrades provide safe navigation and a distinct visual appeal for nighttime use.
