We completed a comprehensive roofing replacement for this residence in Manor. The project began with a full tear-off of the existing materials, where we identified and replaced damaged OSB sheathing that was found to be under-code and structurally compromised. We ensured the roof deck was completely repaired and stabilized before proceeding with the new installation. To provide maximum weather resistance, we installed a high-quality synthetic underlayment and a new ice and water barrier across the critical areas. We utilized IKO Dynasty asphalt shingles and universal starter strips to ensure a durable and aesthetically pleasing finish for the entire structure. New drip edges were also fitted along the eaves and rakes to further protect the home from moisture infiltration and wind damage.
