We completed a comprehensive roof replacement for this home in Manor after identifying significant hail damage during our initial inspection. Our team removed the existing shingle layers and underlayment to expose the roof deck, where we identified and replaced water-soaked OSB sheathing that was no longer structurally sound. We then prepared the surface with a new ice and water barrier in the valleys and a high-performance synthetic underlayment. We installed IKO UltraHP architectural shingles to provide superior weather resistance and a refreshed aesthetic. The project also involved replacing hail-damaged components, including turtle vents, plumbing boots, and metal valley flashing to ensure a completely watertight seal. These upgrades corrected previous moisture issues while providing the residence with a durable, long-lasting roofing system and improved attic ventilation.
