We completed a comprehensive exterior renovation that centered on a full roof replacement using premium Owens Corning Duration Flex asphalt shingles. Our crew meticulously installed a high-performance white gutter system, which we integrated directly into existing underground drainage pipes to ensure optimal water diversion away from the foundation. The project also included the installation of functional gutter guards to prevent debris accumulation and maintain system efficiency. To complement the roof system we incorporated a new Velux skylight with a solar powered remote control shade.
