We completed a full residential roofing replacement for a home in Cedar Park, addressing significant underlying issues discovered during the tear-off process. Our team removed multiple layers of old felt and synthetic underlayment to provide a clean surface for the new installation. During the work, we identified and replaced five sheets of OSB sheathing that were found to be below code requirements or damaged during the removal phase. We installed durable architectural asphalt shingles along with critical ice and water barriers and updated valley metal flashing. The project also included the installation of a ridge vent system for improved airflow and the replacement of window screens damaged by hail. These functional improvements ensure the home remains weather-resistant and compliant with modern building standards.
