This exterior project included a full soffit and fascia replacement on the main residence using factory-primed Hardie® fiber cement products, along with new drip flashing to help protect the roof edge and fascia. Once the repairs were complete, we prepared and painted the home’s soffit, fascia, siding, wood windows and trim, front porch posts and ceiling, side entrance door, and rear exterior door. The homeowner also selected a new siding color, giving the entire home a refreshed look. All painted surfaces received two finish coats of Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint for a clean, durable finish. This project combined major exterior repairs with a complete color update, improving both the protection and curb appeal of the home.
