We completed a comprehensive outdoor living project in Phoenix, Maryland, that transformed the property’s exterior through multi-level composite decking and detailed stone masonry. We installed a spacious elevated deck featuring gray composite planks and white railings, providing a durable surface for outdoor dining and entertaining. Below the deck, we created a functional covered patio space integrated with the home’s brick foundation and columns. Our masonry team constructed flagstone walkways and a landing bordered by red brick to improve site navigation and curb appeal. We managed elevation changes by building custom brick retaining walls topped with stone caps and installed brick stairs with blue stone treads and integrated landscape lighting. To ensure property longevity, we implemented strategic drainage solutions including gray stone grates to effectively manage water runoff around the paved areas, resulting in a cohesive and accessible outdoor environment.
