We completed a full residential roofing replacement for this home in Round Rock. The project began with a comprehensive tear-off, during which we identified and replaced five damaged OSB sheathing sheets to ensure a solid structural foundation. We then installed a high-performance roofing system featuring IKO architectural shingles and synthetic underlayment. Beyond the shingles, we performed extensive exterior upgrades, including installing new gutters and a 13-foot downspout. We carefully color-matched the drip edge to the existing fascia and applied two coats of paint to the overhead garage door. To finish the restoration, we updated the furnace vent boots and painted all exhaust vents to create a cohesive look across the entire property.
