We completed a comprehensive residential roofing replacement in Austin to address storm damage and aging materials. Our team performed a full tear-off down to the deck, identifying and replacing five sheets of damaged OSB sheathing that had become non-nailable. We also repaired wood rot found at the chimney base and updated the flashing to ensure a watertight seal. We installed new brown asphalt architectural shingles over Tri-Built synthetic underlayment for enhanced durability and weather resistance. As part of the restoration, we replaced all plumbing pipe jacks, furnace vent boots, and metal flashings, finishing them with matching paint.
