This exterior project included extensive wood repair and replacement to address damaged and deteriorated areas throughout the property before painting began. Proper preparation and repairs helped create a solid, lasting foundation for the new finish. Once repairs were complete, we painted the soffit, fascia, siding, and window trim throughout the exterior. We also installed a customer-provided exterior door and completed the exterior painting of the detached two-car garage. The finished project gave both the home and detached garage a clean, refreshed, and cohesive appearance while addressing the wood deterioration needed to help protect the exterior for years to come.
