We completed a significant backyard transformation by constructing a structural covered patio extension and a full-screen enclosure. Our team poured a new concrete foundation and erected custom masonry pillars to support a permanent roof addition that seamlessly integrated with the existing home. We installed matching wood trusses, shingles, and a stucco finish to ensure the new structure looked like an original part of the residence. The interior of the expanded living space was finished with high-quality stone pavers and equipped with overhead ceiling fans and lighting for improved functionality. This project provides a durable, pest-free environment that significantly increases the home's usable outdoor square footage.
