Patriot Paver Sealing AZ completed a full paver restoration in the Sun City Grand community of Surprise, Arizona 85387 after another contractor’s sealer failed in less than three weeks, leaving the pavers with a white, cloudy haze. We performed a strip test, completely removed the failed sealer, completed our multi-step paver cleaning process, restored the joint sand to the proper height, and allowed the pavers to dry for 24 hours. We then applied two coats of SurfaceLogix Cobble Loc Semi Gloss sealer to enhance the paver color, stabilize the joints, and provide long-lasting protection. When the homeowners returned from vacation, they were ecstatic with the transformation. Patriot Paver Sealing AZ, a division of Patriot Power Washing & Sanitation, specializes in failed sealer removal, paver restoration, cleaning, sanding, and sealing throughout Surprise and the West Valley.
