We performed a targeted roof repair in Wellington to address damaged concrete tiles and a compromised vent penetration. Our team identified a specific tile with a hole and associated surface damage, as well as degraded sealant around a metal roof vent. We replaced the compromised materials and stripped away the weathered, cracked sealant that had begun to fail over time. To ensure a watertight seal, we applied new, durable sealant around the base of the metal vent flashing where it integrates with the reddish-brown concrete roof tiles. These repairs resolved active vulnerabilities and restored the integrity of the roofing system against potential water intrusion. By focusing on both the tile damage and the sealants, we provided a durable solution to prevent further leaks.
