We performed a targeted tile roof repair to address failing sealant along a critical transition point in Wellington. Our team inspected the interface where the grey S-tiles met the stucco wall and identified deteriorated or crumbling flashing material. We removed the compromised sealant to properly prepare the surface for a durable weatherproofing solution. We applied new sealant to the roof-to-wall flashing line to ensure a watertight seal against the stucco exterior. This repair prevents water intrusion and protects the underlying structure from potential moisture damage. The restoration maintains the long-term integrity of the concrete tile system while blending seamlessly with the existing roofline.
