We performed targeted repairs on the clay tile roof and exterior surfaces of this facility in Juno Beach. Our team addressed issues along the roofline, specifically focusing on the curved terracotta tiles and the underlying fascia boards. We also secured a detached exterior access door to ensure the building envelope remained intact and weather-tight. We utilized dark terracotta-colored curved tiles to match the existing roof profile, ensuring a consistent look across the segmented roof lines. The repair involved inspecting the gray fascia boards and stucco wall surfaces for signs of wear or damage. These updates restored the structural integrity of the roofing system and improved the overall exterior maintenance of the property.
