We completed an exterior improvement project in Boca Raton that focused on structural repairs and outdoor living upgrades. Our team addressed visible cracks in the exterior stucco beams and repaired the soffit areas to ensure the structural integrity of the home's overhangs. We also performed a comprehensive roof measurement and inspection to assess the condition of the existing tile roof system. A major component of this work involved the installation of a new light-brown composite deck. We secured the decking planks with precision fasteners and added a dark metal railing with decorative scrollwork to define the space. This durable addition provides a low-maintenance transition from the home's French doors to the outdoor pool area.
