Concrete Tile Roof Repair and Pipe Penetration Sealing in Parkland
We performed a targeted residential roof repair in Parkland focusing on a specific leak point around a PVC pipe penetration. Our team removed the existing concrete tiles to expose the underlayment and applied new bitumen sealant to ensure a watertight seal. We carefully reinstalled the multi-colored clay and concrete tiles in the valley section to restore the roof's original appearance. During the project, we also inspected the attic space to address a damaged R-6.0 flexible air duct and ensure the loose-fill insulation was properly positioned. These repairs resolved moisture intrusion issues and improved the overall integrity of the roofing system. The final result provided the homeowner with a durable and weatherproof solution for their concrete tile roof.
