We completed a multi-phase concrete and masonry project to enhance the accessibility and curb appeal of this Okatie residence. Our team excavated, leveled, and formed several new surfaces, including a reinforced driveway apron, a side walkway, and a spacious backyard patio. We utilized professional compaction equipment and wooden formwork to ensure a stable, precise foundation before pouring the smooth concrete slabs. To add a custom finish, we integrated decorative brick paver borders featuring both soldier course and herringbone patterns. These masonry details create clean, durable transitions between the new concrete, the existing gravel driveway, and the home’s porch entries. The finished project provides a polished and cohesive look that significantly improves the property's exterior functionality.
