We completed an extensive outdoor lighting and landscape audio installation to enhance the aesthetic and functional appeal of this Malibu property. Our team installed recessed LED downlights within the custom wooden soffits and overhead trellises, creating balanced illumination across the walkways and patio areas. We also integrated high-performance outdoor speakers and corrected existing electrical routing to ensure consistent power to all exterior fixtures. To ensure long-term durability, we performed necessary electrical repairs on exposed wiring and secured all lighting connections within weatherproof enclosures. The new lighting system provides warm, even coverage that highlights the architectural features of the wooden overhangs and structural details. These enhancements allow the residents to enjoy a fully illuminated and ambient outdoor living space throughout the evening hours.
