We completed a full epoxy floor transformation for this Fruitport residential garage. Our team started by preparing the existing concrete slab, which involved repairing several structural cracks and performing moisture testing to ensure long-term durability. We used professional-grade grinding equipment to remove surface contaminants and create the ideal profile for the new coating. For the finish, we applied a multi-colored epoxy flake system in the Tidal Wave pattern, featuring shades of gray, white, and blue. We also coated the entryway steps and extended the material onto the lower wall sections to create a functional, moisture-resistant baseboard. This seamless application provides a high-performance surface that is resistant to stains and significantly easier to clean than bare concrete.
