We performed a full restoration and coating of the outdoor living spaces for this home in Sioux Falls. Our team repaired structural cracks in the concrete planter walls and porch steps to ensure a stable, uniform surface. We then applied a professional-grade coating across the patio and entryway to protect the substrate from moisture and wear. The project involved the installation of recessed landscape lighting within the concrete risers to improve both safety and aesthetics. We worked around existing stone veneer pillars and integrated the new finish with flagstone accents and decorative boulders. This update provides a durable, slip-resistant surface that complements the home’s masonry and landscaping.
