We completed a comprehensive outdoor living upgrade featuring a new screen enclosure and custom patio installation. Our team established structural concrete footers to support the black aluminum frame, creating a secure and protected space. This project successfully transformed the rear of the home into a functional, insect-free environment that integrates seamlessly with the existing architecture. For the flooring, we laid large-format porcelain pavers across the entire patio surface. These durable pavers provide a modern, low-maintenance aesthetic that withstands the Florida climate while offering a smooth transition from the interior sliding glass doors.
