RGR Construction and Roofing repaired a localized section of subfloor beside the patio doors at this Oak Island, NC home. Initial photos show deterioration around the exterior threshold, and the work photos show the floor opened to expose the framing and ductwork below. Our crew added wood support along the doorway and foam around the floor-register opening before closing the repair area. The finished interior views show the carpet restored around the doorway and the floor register back in place.
