RGR Construction and Roofing repaired a section of the under-house ceiling at this elevated Oak Island, NC home. The existing plywood panels showed weathering and deterioration, with insulation and utilities exposed where panels had been removed. Our crew opened the affected ceiling area, worked around the existing joists and ductwork, and installed replacement insulation and plywood panels. The final close-up shows the repaired strip closed with new plywood alongside the surrounding existing ceiling. The selected photos show the open area during the work and the completed panel closure.
