We performed extensive water damage restoration and interior remediation for this educational facility in Brooklyn. Our team removed damaged floor tiling and cut away lower sections of drywall to expose studs and wiring for proper drying and treatment. We focused on mitigating moisture impacts across the hallways, library study areas, and breakrooms to ensure a safe environment for occupants. During the recovery process, we installed new plywood subflooring and prepared the surfaces for final finishes while managing plumbing needs. This included the installation of large stainless steel multi-compartment utility sinks and the restoration of breakroom cabinetry and fixtures.
