We performed comprehensive water damage restoration for this two-story residence in Cherry Hill. Our team removed damaged kitchen cabinetry, baseboards, and sections of wood-paneled walls to access saturated materials and address suspected plumbing leaks. We also pulled up affected carpeting and padding to inspect the subflooring and hardwood beneath for moisture. The project involved exposing wall studs and floor joists to facilitate proper drying and structural integrity checks. We identified and addressed issues with PVC drainage and copper supply lines, installing new shut-off valves and PEX supply lines as needed. By carefully removing only the necessary sections of drywall and cabinetry, we prepared the home for final repairs while preventing further structural degradation.
