We completed a comprehensive water damage restoration project in Pembroke Pines that addressed both exterior roof failures and interior ceiling damage. Our team identified multiple leak points on the flat roof surface, which required removing sections of the weathered membrane and saturated insulation. We performed structural repairs to the underlying wooden decking and joists to restore the building's integrity. To ensure a watertight seal, we installed new plywood sheathing and pressure-treated lumber before applying Henry brand sealant and bitumen roofing sheets. Inside the home, we addressed water-stained drywall and localized mold growth caused by the persistent moisture intrusion. These repairs effectively stopped the leaks and restored the interior living spaces to a safe and dry condition.
