We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement on this multi-gabled home in Deer Park. Our team removed the existing weathered asphalt shingles and prepared the roof deck for a complete system upgrade. We focused on ensuring proper ventilation and moisture protection across the complex roofline and dormer windows. We installed high-performance dark gray asphalt architectural shingles paired with synthetic underlayment for enhanced durability. The project included updating the flashing around the intersecting roof sections and dormers to prevent leaks. The finished result provides long-term weather protection and a refreshed appearance that complements the home’s existing white siding and green trim.
