We performed a comprehensive flat roof restoration for a commercial property in Hallandale Beach. Our team addressed several areas of wear on the existing modified bitumen system, focusing on failing seams and visible blistering. We prepared the surface by cleaning and repairing damaged sections to ensure a watertight foundation for the new system. We applied a high-performance Mule-Hide 100% white silicone coating over the entire roof surface. This process included sealing all seams with Tropical 996 Eterna-Sil and reinforcing critical points around HVAC units and parapet walls. The new reflective coating significantly improves energy efficiency while providing a durable, weather-resistant barrier against the Florida elements.
