We addressed a significant leak in this Boynton Beach residence that had caused visible water damage to the interior ceilings. Our team performed a comprehensive inspection and determined that the leak originated from a compromised roof valley and deteriorated subroof decking. We removed the existing concrete tiles to expose the structural damage, allowing us to replace rotted plywood and repair compromised wooden rafters. To ensure a long-lasting and watertight seal, we installed Westlake Royal TileSeal HT underlayment as a secondary water barrier across the repaired sections. We utilized pneumatic nailers to secure the new decking and applied specialized roofing sealants to the transitions and valleys. Finally, we reset the terracotta-style concrete tiles, restoring the roof's integrity and protecting the home's interior from future water intrusion.
