We completed a comprehensive roofing restoration project on this multi-story residential property in Hollywood. Our team addressed a failing flat roof system that had resulted in visible water intrusion and interior ceiling damage across the unit. We meticulously inspected the existing bitumen membrane and prepared the weathered surface for restorative measures to ensure long-term protection. To improve the roof’s performance and energy efficiency, we applied a high-solids white reflective coating over the central roofing sections. This process involved sealing around HVAC condenser units, ventilation pipes, and the transitions near the decorative terracotta clay tiles. The new coating provides a seamless waterproof barrier that reduces thermal transfer and prevents future leaks.
