We completed a comprehensive water damage restoration project at this high-rise residence in Miami. Our team repaired a significant ceiling collapse in the kitchen, addressing damaged drywall and exposing structural joists for repair. We also removed deteriorated, moisture-damaged baseboards throughout the living areas and bedrooms to prepare the space for new finishes. After remediating the moisture issues and prepping the concrete subfloors, we installed wood-look luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the interior. We replaced crumbling trim with durable new baseboards and performed detailed drywall repairs to restore the walls and ceilings. This restoration returned the home to a safe, functional, and updated state.
