We managed a comprehensive water damage restoration for this Holmes Beach property following multiple insurance claims. Our team performed extensive assessments and measurements across the interior and exterior to facilitate a full recovery of the living spaces, kitchen, and bathrooms. We focused on documenting structural needs while preparing the home for extensive remediation and repairs. The recovery involved handling specialized finishes like terracotta floor tiles with decorative ceramic inserts and distinctive white-washed wood plank ceilings. We documented the condition of the teal tile countertops, peach shower enclosures, and exterior yellow lap siding to ensure a precise restoration. Our work ensured that the unique coastal aesthetic was maintained while addressing all functional and safety requirements.
