We completed a comprehensive restoration project in St. Petersburg following a significant hurricane insurance claim. Our team addressed extensive damage throughout the property, starting with the stabilization of the building envelope and roofing system. We performed necessary interior remediation, removing compromised drywall and kitchen components to address moisture intrusion and structural exposure. On the exterior, we repaired the asphalt shingle roof by replacing missing tabs and securing damaged ridge vents. We also restored the perimeter by replacing sections of the white vinyl privacy fence that were detached during the storm. Inside, we installed new Owens Corning R-19 insulation to ensure the home was moisture-free and properly insulated for the reconstruction phase.
