We completed a full-scale water damage restoration for this single-story home in Holmes Beach following storm-related impacts. Our crew removed compromised ceiling materials and drywall in the kitchen and bedrooms to expose the underlying wooden joists and concrete masonry units. This critical phase of the renovation involved clearing out moisture-damaged insulation and prepping the interior for structural repairs. Externally, we performed targeted roofing restoration on the architectural shingles and repaired the weathered fascia and soffit areas. We also addressed the pool pump system and the screen enclosure to ensure all outdoor utilities remained functional and secure. These efforts stabilized the property and protected it against future environmental elements.
