We addressed significant water intrusion issues for a residential property in Lutz, focusing on both the roof and the interior living spaces. Our team performed a comprehensive assessment of the asphalt shingle roof, identifying areas of rot and compromised sheathing that required immediate tarping and stabilization. Inside the home, we removed damaged drywall and insulation in affected areas, including the laundry room and garage, to prepare for full restoration.
