We performed a series of exterior upgrades and mechanical replacements for this home in St. Petersburg. Our team installed a new high-efficiency HVAC package unit on a reinforced concrete masonry base, complete with updated electrical disconnects and conduit. We also addressed the property's perimeter by repairing and securing white vinyl privacy fencing and gate sections near the pool enclosure and canal-side areas. These improvements restored the home's cooling efficiency while ensuring the backyard remains a secure and private space for the homeowners.
