We managed a complete water damage restoration and flood recovery project for this residence in Matlacha. Our team performed an immediate assessment of the interior after significant water intrusion, focusing on the extraction of standing water across the living spaces and kitchen. We carefully moved and inspected appliances and furniture to prevent further loss and evaluate the extent of the impact. During the remediation process, we documented water levels against shiplap walls and cabinetry using precision measurements to guide the drying phase. We worked extensively in the kitchen and utility areas to address moisture behind gray cabinetry and underneath appliances. This thorough approach ensured the property was stabilized and prepared for full restoration of the dark wood flooring and interior finishes.
