We performed a full-scale water damage restoration for this St Pete Beach residence following significant storm impact. Our team secured the structure with professional roof tarping and removed damaged drywall and insulation to expose the framing for thorough drying and inspection. We also managed the removal of compromised flooring down to the plywood subfloor across the living spaces and bedrooms. During the recovery process, we executed repairs to the attic trusses, fiberglass insulation, and cedar-toned exterior siding. We installed a new attic access ladder and performed comprehensive drywall finishing to restore the interior walls and ceilings. This project ensured the home was structurally sound and moisture-free while restoring the exterior deck and fencing to full functionality.
