We completed a professional garage floor resurfacing project for a residence in Sioux Falls. We started by mechanically grinding the existing concrete to remove contaminants and create a porous surface for maximum adhesion. This preparation phase included vacuuming all dust and debris to ensure a clean work area before the application began. Our team repaired several structural cracks and surface chips before applying a multi-layer epoxy system. We finished the floor with a gray and white decorative flake blend that provides both slip resistance and a polished aesthetic. This new coating offers a durable, easy-to-clean solution that protects the concrete from moisture and wear.
