We completed a residential low slope roofing project in Oro Valley that required significant preparation and decking repairs. Our team removed the old surface to inspect the structure, replacing damaged plywood sheathing and wood decking to ensure a level and secure foundation for the new materials. We installed a high-performance system using Polyglass roofing rolls and EnKoat. The project involved detailed flashing work around existing skylights and HVAC units to prevent leaks and improve the overall durability of the flat roof sections. This updated roofing system provides a long-term waterproof solution for the home.
