We completed a full tear-down and reconstruction of the wooden pergolas for this multi-story residential community in Happy Valley. Our team removed the weathered structures and installed new, durable components to revitalize the entryway aesthetics and functionality. Each unit was carefully framed to match the existing architectural style of the buildings. We secured all new vertical posts to the stone retaining walls using heavy-duty decorative black metal brackets and fasteners to ensure long-term stability and structural integrity. This update replaced aging wood with fresh materials to provide a clean, uniform look across the complex entrances. The new pergolas now offer a sturdy, refreshed framework that complements the siding and masonry features of the homes.
