We installed a new shingle roof on a private boat dock and lift structure in Satellite Beach. The project involved constructing a peaked gable roof system to provide overhead protection for a docked sailboat. We focused on creating a durable shelter that integrates seamlessly with the existing wooden dock framework. We used dark gray architectural shingles to provide long-term weather resistance against the coastal environment. The peaked design ensures efficient water runoff and protects the vessel from direct sun exposure and rain. This addition provides essential coverage for the boat lift while improving the overall utility of the waterfront dock.
