We completed a comprehensive restoration project in St. Petersburg to address severe water intrusion and interior structural damage. Our team managed the repair of extensive ceiling failures where prolonged leaking had caused drywall to peel and insulation to deteriorate. We focused on both the interior remediation and the exterior envelope to ensure a long-term solution for the property. We installed a new roofing system to replace failing shingles and flat roof sections that were allowing standing water to penetrate the home. The project also involved replacing damaged fascia boards and installing a new white aluminum patio cover to improve drainage. These improvements sealed the building from the elements and restored the integrity of the interior living spaces.
