We completed an interior update for the second-floor hallways and common areas of this Miami Beach property. Our work involved prepping the corridors for new finishes, including the removal of existing baseboards and the assessment of the subflooring. We installed commercial-grade grey ribbed carpeting and speckled ceramic tiling to improve the durability of these high-traffic transition spaces. The project included careful detailing around elevator entrances and stairwell access points to ensure a seamless finish across the entire floor.
