We performed an extensive roofing restoration on this residence in Matawan to resolve significant aging and structural wear. Our team meticulously addressed the terracotta clay tile roof, focusing on cracked mortar joints, displaced ridge caps, and weathered barrel tiles that had compromised the building envelope. We focused on securing the exterior to stop moisture intrusion and protect the home’s structure.
