We completed a comprehensive interior renovation for this Venice residence, focusing on a full-scale flooring transition and essential plumbing updates. Our team removed existing floor coverings to prepare the concrete subflooring for a durable, modern upgrade throughout the bedrooms and living spaces. We also performed detailed under-sink plumbing repairs and vanity maintenance in the bathrooms to ensure reliable functionality and updated infrastructure. We installed new hardwood flooring to create a seamless and cohesive look across the entire floor plan. In the bathrooms, we updated the P-trap assemblies and supply lines while finishing the walls with classic wainscoting and trim. The project successfully transformed the interior from exposed subflooring into a finished, move-in-ready home with improved aesthetic value.
