We recently did an annual inspection on a roof we completed in 2019. The roof is holding up beautifully. During the replacement, our team removed the aged roofing materials and found areas with foam insulation. This meant we had to overlay those areas with new OSB. There were also areas of rotted decking that had to be cut out and replaced. Once that was done, we utilized Rhino synthetic underlayment to provide an enhanced moisture barrier beneath the new dark shingles. Not only do these beautiful black shingles enhance the aesthetics of this stunning home, but they will provide protection for this 4 Hills home for decades to come.
