We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Miramar. Our team removed the existing, weathered concrete barrel tiles to inspect the underlying structure and ensure the integrity of the home. We performed necessary plywood deck repairs and re-nailed the sheathing to ensure full compliance with local building codes. To provide superior moisture protection, we installed a secondary water barrier using Westlake Royal TileSeal HT and Polyglass self-adhered underlayment. We also updated all plumbing vent flashings and prepared the surface for the final tile installation across the 1,941-square-foot area.
